A few months ago, one of our coaches messaged me after a Saturday class. Something was off. She had spent the day with children who were clearly sharp. Bright kids. But getting them to sit still long enough to even read the question was the real battle. And it was not a one-time thing. Coaching runs on weekends, but habits form on weekdays. Your child gets a short daily activity to stretch how long they can sit with a task and finish it. Day by day it adds up. By week three, you will start to notice the difference.
